Terms & conditions

By booking through TourMate, you confirm traveler details are accurate and all travelers agree to package inclusions, exclusions, and local partner operating rules. Final itineraries and availability depend on confirmation at booking time.

Cancellation & refund

Free cancellation is typically available up to 48 hours before start time unless a package states stricter rules. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Guide booking policy

Guide sessions are slot-based. If a selected slot becomes unavailable before payment completion, you can choose another slot or cancel without penalty. Group size and requested dates must match final booking details.
